How do I change my alternator on a 95 Chevy Cavalier?
Disconnect battery and unplug alternator. Usually 2 bolts, loosen/remove and replace. One bolt is where the alternator pivots on and the other slides in a bracket for adjusting. Pull alternator back until belt is tight and tighten bolts. Plug wires and reconnect battery.
